जालोर. राज्य सरकार के गृह विभाग के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव राजीव स्वरूप ने एक सूचना जारी कर स्पष्ट किया है कि सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर शराब, तम्बाकू, पान, गुटखा का सेवन राजस्थान महामारी अधिनियम के तहत अपराध की श्रेणी में आता है। यदि कोई व्यक्ति सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर शराब, तम्बाकू, पान एवं गुटखा का सेवन करते थूकते गंदगी फैलाते पाया गया तो उसके विरूद्ध राजस्थान महामारी अधिनियम के तहत कानूनी कार्यवाही की जा सकेगी।
