– शुद्ध के लिए युद्ध अभियान के तहत खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग ने लिया था सैम्पल
सायला।
कस्बे के पुराना बस स्टैंड स्थित खेतेश्वर स्वीट होम से खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग द्वारा कलाकंद मिठाई का लिया गया सैम्पल स्टैण्डर्ड एवं खाने योग्य पाया गया।
जानकारी के अनुसार दीपावली के त्यौहारी सीजन में शुद्ध के लिए युद्ध अभियान के तहत खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी प्रेमचंद शर्मा द्वारा गत 30 अक्टूबर 2020 को सायला के पुराना बस स्टैंड स्थित खेतेश्वर स्वीट होम से कलाकंद मावे का सैम्पल लिया गया था। जिसकी जांच के लिए विभाग द्वारा जन स्वास्थ्य प्रयोगशाला जोधपुर भिजवाया गया था। जो जांच रिपोर्ट में स्टैंडर एवं खाने योग्य पाया गया। गौरतलब है कि दीपावली के त्यौहारी सीजन में खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग द्वारा मिलावटी खाद्य पदार्थों की रोकथाम के लिए अभियान चलाकर सैम्पल लेने की कार्रवाई की गई थी।
यह थी रिपोर्ट –
शुद्ध के लिए युद्ध अभियान के तहत खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी प्रेमचंद शर्मा द्वारा खेतेश्वर स्वीट होम से लिए गए कलाकंद मावे का सैम्पल जांच में स्टैंडर पाया गया। रिपोर्ट में स्टार्च, यूरिया, न्यूट्रीलाइजर नेगेटिव पाए गए एवं शुगर पॉजिटिव पाई गई। जबकि एडेड कलर अनुपस्थित पाया गया। निष्कर्ष रुप में कलाकंद मावा शुद्ध एवं खाने योग्य था।
