शराब दुकानों के खुलने व बंद होने का समय तय नहीं

– प्रशासन की नाक के नींचे चल रहा अवैध शराब का कारोबार, जिम्मेदार मौन
नरपतसिंह दहिया।
बागोडा/सायला।
उपखण्ड मुख्यालय पर प्रशासन और आबकारी विभाग की नाक के नीचे शराब ठेकेदारों द्वारा आबकारी नियमों को ठेंगा दिखाते हुए निर्धारित समयावधि से पहले एवं बाद में शराब बेची जा रही है।
कस्बे के सायला-गुडामालानी स्टेट हाइवे के किनारे संचालित देशी एवं अंग्रेजी शराब दुकान इन दिनों शासन के नियमों को धता बताकर संचालित की जा रही है। शासन के द्वारा शराब की दुकान खुलने एवं बंद होने की एक निश्चित समय सीमा निर्धारित की गई है। बावजूद इसके नगर की शराब दुकानों का खुलने एवं बंद होने का कोई समय निर्धारित नहीं है। वही देशी एवं विदेशी मदिरा की दुकानों पर आबकारी विभाग भी खासा मेहरबान नजर आता है। इसके चलते दुकान संचालकों द्वारा नियमों को ताक पर रखकर शराब बेची जा रही है। शराब के ऊपर अंकित मूल्य से कई अधिक राशी वसूल रहे है। लेकिन आबकारी विभाग की मेहरबानी के चलते शराब माफियाओं के हौंसले बुलंद हो रहे है। नियमानुसार निर्धारित मूल्य से अधिक राशी वसूलने पर बकायदा सजा का प्रावधान है।

सुबह 8 बजे खुल जाती है शराब की दुकान
नियमानुसार शराब की दुकान खुलने का समय सुबह 10 बजे से शराब बिक्री प्रारंभ करने की अनुमति है। लेकिन यहां पर सुबह 8 बजे से दुकान खुल जाती है और काउंटर से शराब की बिक्री होने लगती है। वही शाम आठ बजे तक ही दुकान खुली रखने का प्रावधान हैए जबकि यह क्रम देर रात तक चलता रहता है।

जानकारी के बावजूद प्रशासन मौन
बागोडा उपखण्ड मुख्यालय है। जहां पर उपखण्ड अधिकारी, थानाधिकारी, विकास अधिकारी, तहसीलदार जैसे आला औहदे के अधिकारियों के कार्यालय स्थित है। इसके बावजूद दर्जनों अवैध शराब की दुकाने संचालित होना प्रशासन की कार्यशैली पर सवालियां निशान लगा रहा है। इधर कस्बे से होकर गुजरने वाले स्टेट हाइवे पर संचालित शराब की दुकानों पर बकायदा बडे बडे अक्षर में नाम लिखे हुए है। ऐसे में यह भी नहीं कह सकते कि इनकी किसी को जानकारी नही है लेकिन कोई कार्रवाई नहीं होती हैं।
