साप्ताहिक समीक्षा बैठक में कलक्टर ने अपनाया कड़ा रुख
जालोर. डीएम हिमांशु गुप्ता एक्शन मूड में है और प्रशासनिक और विभागीय स्तर पर ढिलाई को लेकर कड़ा रुख अपनाए हुए है। सोमवार को साप्ताहिक समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान कलक्टर गुप्ता ने विभिन्न विभागों से संबंधित जानकारी जुटाते हुए निर्देश जारी किए।
उन्होंने कहा कि बरसात के बाद पनपने वाले मच्छरों से मलेरिया रोग की अत्यधिक संभावना को देखते हुए इसकी रोकथाम के पूर्ण प्रयास करें। उन्होंने कहा कि स्थानीय कोरोना लेब में जांच के लिये आने वाले संदिग्ध मरीजों की जांच रिपोर्ट में अनावश्यक देरी किए बिना उपलब्ध करवायें ताकि समय पर उनका उपचार प्रारंभ किया जा सके। उन्होंने शहर एवं ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों मे एण्टीलार्वा एक्टीविटी, खुली टंकियों मे टेमीफोस डालने, जल भराव वाले स्थानों पर एमएलओ तथा फोगिंग के निर्देश भी दिए।
कलक्टर गुप्ता ने महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग के अधिकारी को जिले के कुपोषित एवं अति कुपोषित बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य सुधार और पोषण पूर्ति के लिये चिकित्सा विभाग के अधिकारी के साथ मिलकर कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि जिले के चिन्हित अतिकुपोषित एवं कुपोषित बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य को लेकर आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं द्वारा प्रति सप्ताह नियमित रूप से इन बच्चों की मॉनिटरिंग की जायें तथा उनके परिवारों को पोषण के लिए सलाह दी जाए।
जलदाय विभाग के अधिकारी को चार्ज शीट
साप्ताहिक बैठक में जन स्वास्थ्य अभियान्त्रिकी विभाग के अधिकारी को सौंपे गए दायित्वों की प्रगति असंतोषप्रद होने पर सम्बंधित के विरूद्ध चार्ज शीट देकर कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही विभागीय प्रगति में लापरवाही बरतने वाले अन्य अधिकारियों के विरूद्ध भी नियमानुसार कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने पंचायत चुनाव में दायित्वों का निर्वहन जिम्मेदारीपूर्ण तरीके से करने के लिये संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया।
सड़कों की स्थिति पर ये बोले
डीएम गुप्ता ने सार्वजनिक निर्माण विभाग के अधिकारी से गारन्टी अवधि मे टूटी सड़कों सहित अन्य सड़कों की मरम्मत शीघ्र करवाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसी सड़कें जिनसे आम जन को जान माल का नुकसान होने की अधिक सम्भावना हैं, उनकी प्राथमिकता से मरम्मत करवाने, जल संसाधन विभाग के अधिकारी से जिले के बांधों की भराव स्थिति की जानकारी, सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग के अधिकारी से पालनहार योजना तथा सामाजिक सुरक्षा पेंशन योजना की प्रगति, जिला परिषद के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी से महात्मा गांधी नरेगा, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना, स्वच्छ भारत मिशन योजना के तहत प्रगति, रसद विभाग के अधिकारी से खाद्यान्न वितरण, खुदरा विक्रेता दुकानों की विज्ञप्ति, सीडिंग से शेष परिवारों की प्रगति की जानकारी लेते हुए आवश्यक निर्देश दिए।
खनन पर तिरछी नजर
उन्होंने खनन विभाग के अधिकारी से अवैध खनन पर सतत् निगरानी रखते हुए अवैध खनन करने वालों के खिलाफ सख्त कानूनी कार्यवाही अमल में लाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने जिले में विद्युत आपूर्ति सुचारू बनाए रखने के लिए विद्युत विभाग के अधिकारियों को, पर्याप्त पेयजल आपूर्ति के साथ ही शहर में पाईप लाईन लीकेज को तुरंत प्रभाव से दुरूस्त करवाने के लिए जलदाय विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया।
उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि वे अधिक वर्षा वाले क्षेत्रो में राजकीय विद्यालयों, आगंनवाड़ी केन्द्रों, सड़कों सहित अन्य नुकसान की मरम्मत के प्रस्ताव शीघ्र जिला प्रशासन को भिजवाएं। बैठक मे अतिरिक्त जिला कलक्टर सी.एल. गोयल ने विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा गत सप्ताह में की गई प्रगति के बारे में विस्तृत जानकारी दी गई।
