कस्बे के महावीर कॉलोनी में पिछले कुछ महीनों से चल रही सार्वजनिक जमीन पर पट्टा देने के मामले में नया मोड़ सामने आया है प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार सायला निवासी अभिजीत सुथार पुत्र बंशीलाल सुथारने बुधवार को थाने में रिपोर्ट देकर बताया कि ग्राम पंचायत के भूतपूर्व सरपंच जुगराज जीनगर के घर के पास सार्वजनिक जमीन पर दिए गए पट्टे गैरकानूनी है।
रिपोर्ट में बताया है कि प्रवीण कुमार पुत्र देवाराम जाति मेघवाल निवासी सायला ने धोखाधड़ी कर कूटरचित दस्तावेज एवं जुटे शपथ पत्र प्रस्तुत कर खसरा नंबर2101,2102 ग्राम पंचायत सायला की राजस्व भूमि पर ग्राम पंचायत सायला में आवासीय पट्टा प्राप्त करने के लिए आवेदन किया था जिस पर तत्कालीन सरपंच सुरेश राजपुरोहित ने वार्ड पंच गंगाराम मेघवाल, कानाराम राणा एवं विक्रम सिंह दहिया की कमेटी बनाकर मौका जांच रिपोर्ट मंगवाई। जिस पर वार्ड पंच कमेटी सदस्यों ने दिनांक 04/08/2019 को रिपोर्ट पेश की जो पूर्णतया झूठी है।
वही प्रवीण कुमार ने दिनांक 20/07/2019 को झुठा शपथ पत्र पेश किया जो अपराध है। शपथ पत्र शपथ पत्र तथा जांच रिपोर्ट के आधार पर तत्कालीन सरपंच व ग्राम सेवक द्वारा दिनांक24/11/2019 को पट्टा संख्या 32 दायर दिनाक 22/07/2019 मिसल संख्या 792 जारी किया गया जो सरासर गैर कानूनी है।
प्रवीण कुमार द्वारा आवेदन के साथ झूठा शपथ पत्र देकर व आवेदन के आधार पर वार्ड पंच गंगाराम, कानाराम व विक्रम सिंह द्वारा झूठी मौका रिपोर्ट देकर ग्राम सेवक सरपंच द्वारा राजस्व भूमि पर जानबूझकर कूटरचित पट्टा जारी कर पट्टे से प्राप्त होने वाले राजस्व राशि को ग्राम पंचायत सायला की रोकड़ बही में जमाना कर करा कर उक्त राशि को हड़प करने का आपराधिक कृत्य किया है जो सरासर गैरकानूनी है। प्रार्थी की रिपोर्ट के आधार पर पुलिस ने आईपीसी की धारा 199, 200, 420, 468, 471, 120बी के तहत मामला दर्ज कर कार्यवाही शुरू कर दी है।
